The Board of Directors of Social Interactions is comprised of 4 Executive Directors and 4 Directors at Large. Regular meetings of the Board of Directors and Standing Committees are on a quarterly basis, with an Annual Meeting held in January of each year. Dan Mazur, Executive Director
Dan Mazur is an Enterprise Architect for Westfield Group where he is responsible for the strategic planning process that integrates business and IT strategy to improve both financial efficiency and business effectiveness. Prior to Westfield, Dan was the Vice President of Information Governance at Key Corp, Senior Manager of Strategic Deployments at Accenture, and Director of Business Intelligence at Western Reserve Systems. Dan was also an instructor at Cuyahoga Community College, as well as a high school teacher at Cleveland Public Schools, Parma Public Schools, and Padua Franciscan High School. Dan has provided management and technology consulting for Fortune 100 companies as well as small start-up firms, being active in building small businesses and supporting entrepreneurs. Dan’s dedication to education, culture and inclusion is expressed in his involvement with the National Council for History Education, Archaeological Institute of America, and the Cleveland Council on World Affairs. Dan volunteers with several other organizations besides Social Interactions, Inc. to include the USO, United Way, and the Boy Scouts of America. Dan Radakovich, Executive Director
Vice President (2010-Present)
Daniel I. Radakovich is the Vice President of Pittsburgh Filmworkers’ Association in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania representing film workers and affiliated businesses in western PA, WV, western MD and eastern OH. He is an accomplished author and actor where he has dozens of films, books, and articles to his credit. Dan has been active across the United States with numerous social and charitable groups, literary organizations, and political action committees. Alex Ford, Executive Director
Alex Ford is a Biological Research Technician with the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Lake Erie Fisheries Research Unit with expertise in Population Genetics. In addition to Social
Interactions, Inc., Alex has a leadership role and volunteer in ‘The Rebel Legion’, an organization involved in many non-profit fund raising events, and activities. Many of these events are in association with national and international non-profit aid organizations such as the Make-A-Wish Foundation, the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and the Walk Now for Autism Speaks organization. Greg Ochocki, Executive Director
Gregory J. Ochocki is a partner at Kahn|Kruse|LPA, a full-service law firm located in Cleveland, Ohio. He focuses on civil litigation and civil appellate practice. Greg is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Pennsylvania, and has appeared and argued before state and federal courts throughout the United States. He is a 1994 graduate of Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and obtained his undergraduate degree from St. Bonaventure University in 1989. Mr. Ochocki has served as a volunteer sports coach in various organizations. He organized and operates the Parma Fastpitch Alliance, which provides teenage girls an opportunity to play competitive fastpitch softball. Mr. Ochocki is member of the Parma (Ohio) Chamber of Commerce, the Ohio Bar Association, and the Knights of Columbus. He resides in Parma, Ohio, with his wife Michelle and their four children. Matthew Dean Johnson, Director
Matthew Johnson is a long time therapist and clinical supervisor in the field of mental health and drug addictions, having worked and lived in Ohio, Florida, Arkansas, and the United Kingdom. His professional career has afforded him the opportunity to develop and operationalize several successful programs, including a structured day treatment program for drug and alcohol misuse in the UK and a residential treatment program for adolescent chemical dependent offenders in Arkansas. Both programs are successfully operational to this day. Matthew has been involved in multiple grant writing endeavors, has led and managed teams of professionals for many years, and conducted numerous trainings and seminars throughout his career. He has been a Mental Health instructor at both Cuyahoga Community College and Kent State University. Matthew has served with various committees and organizations, most notably the Southwest Florida Bluegrass Association, the Northwest Arkansas Mental Health Counselors Association, and currently the South Hills Neighborhood Association. Matt is an avid gamer who enjoys both table-top and video games on a regular basis. In addition, he enjoys cooking, gardening, playing stringed instruments, brewing, reading, and spending time with his wife, Martha, of thirty-one years. Matt is a caring and compassionate individual who has a dry wit and a good sense of humor. He is a creative and a talented speaker and will increase the humanistic element to the planning and development of this organization. Josi Heinz, Director
Marketing (2014-Present) Josephine Heinz is a recent graduate of Kent State at Stark University, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Communication. She also has an Associate’s Degree in Technical Communication from Stark State University. Josi has done marketing work for Junior Achievement, the School of Communication Studies at Kent State University, and Voolla. In addition, she has a rich tradition of nonprofit work including Mom’s Club 44203 (Vice President), Meal on Wheels and Ronald McDonald House. Grace Rice, Director
(2014-Present) Grace Rice is Vice President, Business Learning & Design Manager for PNC Bank supporting the Risk Management organization. She provides leadership for the design, development and implementation of transformational learning solutions to support the strategic workforce development plan and ensures alignment of the learning strategy to the business strategy and goals. In addition to Social Interactions, Inc., Grace is an active Board Member of the Arthritis Foundation, Great Lakes Region, Northeastern Ohio and a former Executive Board Member of the National Black MBA Association, Northeast Ohio where she served for 6 years as the Vice President Operations overseeing various committees. She is a 1994 graduate of Baldwin Wallace University and obtained her Masters Business Administration (MBA) degree. She also attend John Carroll University where she obtained her undergraduate Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. She is certified through the Project Management Institute (PMI) as a Project Manager Professional (PMP) and as a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt through Improve Consulting & Training (in partnership with Baldwin Wallace University). Grace’s long time dedication to helping others live a more fulfilled life is expressed by her current and past professional and volunteer work experiences.
